Este facut special pentru admini(cand au nevoie de timer) dar poate fi folosit si ca sa vezi la ex: S.I. cand sa acorzi licenta(cand trec cele 60s/10s). COMENZI : /timer <secundele dorite> - Porneste timer-ul cu secundele setate. /timer 1 - Opreste timer-ul.
